This course meets the post-licensing education requirements of the Florida Real Estate Commission.

Your course work will include reading the material online and taking interactive exercises and quizzes. Although you have one year from the time of enrollment to complete your course. you may complete the course as quickly as you can progress through the material.
The course takes approximately 45 hours to complete and includes reading the material online and taking a wide assortment of interactive exercises and exams. You must pass a timed final examination and achieve a score of at least 75 percent to pass.
